All items sold through Tropic of Vintage are pre-owned and vintage, meaning they often show signs of age, wear, or previous use. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any noticeable flaws or imperfections.

2. Condition & Descriptions
We make every effort to inspect items thoroughly and describe them honestly and accurately. However, some minor flaws or characteristics may go unnoticed due to the age and uniqueness of each piece. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Tropic of Vintage is not liable for imperfections, defects, or conditions that were not known at the time of sale and were not included in the listing.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item has been grossly misrepresented.

If you believe there is a serious discrepancy between the listing and the item received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos and a detailed explanation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tropic of Vintage shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use, misuse, or condition of any item purchased from this store.
